You Know....

Your child is a neat freak when..... she doesn't want to have friends over because of the mess she will have to clean when they leave...-Victoria

You know your child doesn't really care about toys when.... you tell her to clean her room or she will get her cars taken away and she simply says, "Ok, can you take away all the shoes too, cause I don't like cleaning them either".....-Isabella

You know your child doesn't understand when.... you say who wants to clean the bedroom?? And she starts dancing around clapping and saying,"yeah, yeah, yeah"!!.....

You know your preganant when.... you get up, get breakfast made, do some dishes and laundry and you are ready for a nap.

You know you are a mom when ..... it takes you two hours to wash two sinks of dishes because you have to stop every 30 seconds for a question or to stop an argument.

You know your a parent when.... you actually want to go to luch at Mcdonalds because your kids like it so much.


You know your a mom when..... your one year old can say anything and it melts your heart!

You know your a mom when .... you buy your clothes all in earth tones and not because it's in style,,, but because they hide the dirt!

You know your a mom when... you get half way through the store and then realize that while you kids look adorable you forgot to fix your own hair!!

You know your a mom when... you do more laundry in one day then you thought exsisted in the whole world.

You know your a mom when.... you get a very rare brake from your kids and all you want to do is go back home to them!

I saw the cuttest saying today. I really want to find a matternity shirt with it . It said, " I'm Really Crafty..... I Make People".

A Little Freaked Out.

I had my 20 week Dr. appointment today and something kinda freaked me out. My Dr. said some stuff about me not "showing" enough. Then he asked a bunch of stuff. He made it sound like I should be showing almost double what I am . Here is the worst part we got distracted and started talking about other stuff and forgot to get measured.... The heartbeat was strong and I feel him kick more and more everyday I can even feel him really strong on the outside now. Ryan told me he thinks it's no big deal. I know he is probably right but I am a mom and anything that makes me think something may be wrong with my little guy freaks me out. I have my last ultrasound next appointment and that's the big one where they check his heart and brain and such so I will know for sure nothing is wrong then. In the mean time I get to worry (which I know I shouldn't). I guess being a mom makes me feel like if something is wrong it's probably my fault. Just wanted to vent!

I Made It !!

I'm 20 weeks!!! Half way done and I am so excited !! It's all down hill from here (except for maybe that whole labor thing). ;-) Now if we could just name out little guy we would be all set.

Slings?

The girls pretending to sleep!

I really want to buy a sling for this baby! However, they are a bit of money so I really want to get a good one. I use to have one with a lot of padding and none of my girls liked it at all ( it really hurt my back too). I found a Maya wrap at a used store for only $25.00 but Ryan nor I could get over the red and green stripes!
I really don't want to spend a ton of money because I am not sure if my little guy will even take to it. So, my question for you all is...... what was/is your favorite type of sling and why?
